Busy weekend on the stalls at Desert Mob Marketplace
Last weekend we attended the last major art fair of the year - the Desert Mob Marketplace in Alice Springs and for good measure we backed up at the Sunday markets in Todd Mall.
The Desert Mob was crazy busy and many of our artists sold artworks on the day. Two artsits sold paintings for the first time, congratulations! We had a great team there comprising Kirsty, Mary and helper Esther.
At the Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair
It all begins with an idea.
In August we paid our first visit to the Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair. This is the biggest indigenous art fair in Australia running for three days and attracting over 80 art centres from around the country.
Manager Janine, artists Mary and Leanne and volunteer Esther all travelled to Darwin and ran our stall at the Fair.
