This is a painting that shows our ancestors hunting for food in the Desert.
They would go out after the rains when bush foods grow plentiful and animals come to the waterholes. It is a hot day and they carry coolamons (wooden bowls) to collect the bush fruits and digging sticks to dig up honey ants from the ground.
